Mahalo to all who joined us at our annual Napuaokamakaola Gala! It surely was a memorable night. Once again, the Gala was a joyous evening filled with wine, food, friends and a few tears as we personally met our recipients and they shared their stories with us.

The Gala is a fundraiser for the Kamakahoohie Scholarship which provides financial support to bereaved children helping them achieve their academic goals.

The Reid J.K. Richards Foundation has proudly awarded over $175,000 in scholarships. Each year, the number of applicants increases and the Foundation would like to give more to the many deserving children who have lost a parent or care giver.
